The way to handle the cover is very simple, it doesn’t take any fixed gutter to the ground, the modules slide on nylon wheels along the floor of your pool, manually pushing, one person on each side of the cover, or optionally motorized.
Extruded aluminum alloy AL-MG-S1 6060 350 T6. COBERABRI roofs are designed to prevent children under five years old from jumping, climbing or opening the means of access. All access doors are equipped with a secure double action locking system, with key and brake.
Once the COBERABRI roof is completely and properly closed, the pool becomes inaccessible along the entire perimeter. Fixtures have been studied so that they cannot be operated by a child (resistance to unlocking). A barrier-type door can complete the normal access, thus allowing ventilation to the roof, without allowing access by children. The structures of our pool covers are made of 600º thermo-lacquered aluminum with QUALICOAT certification, with a 10-year guarantee.
The polycarbonate ceilings are 6mm or 8mm. thick and are alveolar, and come with a 10-year warranty. The side polycarbonates are 5 mm thick and have a 10-year warranty.
Our covers are telescopic, which requires a continuous rolling movement between modules when opening and closing them. All of our covers have nylon wire brushes, which ensure 90% watertightness, but in no case can we guarantee its 100% reliability against the air, given that it is a pool cover and not a winterizer. The cover will keep your pool water warm due to the greenhouse effect, for a maximum period of 8/9 months, depending on the height and place of installation. As a result of the effect of winter, natural condensation will occur, so it will be necessary to ventilate the pool cover by opening the pool doors.
Finally, we inform you that the air inside the roof can reach 50º or 60º in summer and -10º degrees in winter, the expansion of materials with movement when opening or closing the roof has been foreseen.
